Withdrawal Schedule

Withdrawals are processed only on the 1st and 15th day of each month. You may submit a withdrawal request at any time, however requests will be queued and reviewed for approval on the next scheduled processing date. We are not liable for delays that result from processing on those scheduled dates, bank or blockchain network delays, or additional compliance checks.

Eligibility

You must be legally able to enter into binding agreements and comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction, including the UAE where applicable.

Account suspension

We may suspend or close accounts for fraud, abuse, chargeback risk, or policy violations.

AML, KYC and Compliance

Where a user resides outside the UAE, local mandatory consumer protections will apply in addition to the terms set here. Fees & Processing

Any fees for processing withdrawals or conversion charges (e.g., blockchain network fees) will be disclosed to you at the time of request or on the website. We reserve the right to deduct applicable fees from payouts where disclosed.
